HAVE YOU EVER HANDMADE YOUR OWN CHOCOLATES?

Kay Di Rezze from Scotland became a Veganbnb Traveler for the second time when she joined the News Years Eve Special trip in Guatemala.

Find out what she had to say about her Veganbnb Travel experience.

What was the single highlight of your trip?

Making chocolates! Because I've never done it before (have you?) and I love chocolate! Emoji

How does a vegan tour compare to a regular vacation in your experience? Would you recommend it?

Yes, definitely! It's more ethical than a regular tour, you are hanging out with like minded people and you don't need to worry about food, especially visiting a non-English speaking country.

The included excursions were fascinating from coffee plantations and organic farms to vegan cooking classes and sustainable macadamia projects.

How vegan friendly did you find Guatemala?

Emma had scouted everything, so I didn't need to worry about food, everything was fresh and the avocados were amazing.

There was a health food store in Antigua which had some great snacks and essentials.

Any advice for vegan traveler's wanting to visit Guatemala?
